CrossFit FirePit

I joined in May 2023. I had never been a big gym person or worked out a whole lot. Everybody is very welcoming, encourage, and laid back. I've definitely seen results (gaining muscle, losing fat). I feel the best I've ever felt. Jody is very passionate and encouraging.

Moving into month number three of my membership here. This has been a life-changing decision for me. I am really impressed with the high quality of coaching that comes from the group class sessions and suspect that the one on one training is even better. Highly recommend checking this place out and talking with Coach Jody about this amazing community.

One of the best decisions I made was signing up for CrossFit. Never done it before, am 40lbs overweight and zero core strength but the coaches at FirePit have all been phenomenal. The whole vibe is filled with kindness, empathy & support. The focus is on getting the form right before piling on the weights! Strongly recommend checking them out, especially if you’ve never done it before!

Great place for a fantastic workout and great people. They are dedicated to fitness but just as dedicated to safety as well. If you have been thinking of Crossfit but stayed anway because you thought you might get hurt, this is the place to go. I have been doing crossfit for several years and I am tested every day with great workouts that are designed for results.

I just moved to GBO from Poland and joined FirePit crossfit gym, place is great, led by very professional Coach Jody, program is demanding and I like it and you can scale it down to your need, people are also great, very friendly and supportive. Dont think too long if you plan to join this place, definitelly recommend it!
